Man slaughtered in city

Unidentified miscreants at Merajnagar in Kadamtoli area of the capital slaughtered a man Monday morning. The deceased was identified as Abu Zafor (42), son of late Hanif Miah, a resident the area. Police said family members found him slaughtered on the stairs of their residence at block-D of the around 5:30am. Later, he was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where doctors declared him dead around 7:45am. — UNB
