Man strangled dead in Barisal

Police recovered the decomposed body of an unidentified young man from Arialkha River at Mirganj Ferryghat at Babuganj Upazila of Barisal district on Saturday. Being informed, a team from Babuganj Police Station rushed to the spot and recovered the body, aged about 30, and sent it to Sher-e-Bangla Medical College Hospital in Barisal city for autopsy, Office-in- Charge (OC) of Babuganj thana M Saha Alam said. Police suspected that some miscreants strangulated him to death and dumped the body into the river, according to a news agency.
