Man takes own life for family feud

A man allegedly committed suicide by taking poison over a family feud at Bhekutia village in Jessore Sadar upazila on Tuesday night. The deceased was identified as Siddiqur Rahman, a resident of the village. Locals said Siddiqur had a quarrel with his wife over family affairs in the afternoon. Getting incensed, at one stage, Siddiqur took insecticide and fell sick. He was later rushed to Jessore 250-Bed Hospital where he died at night, according to UNB.
