Managers urged to increase agro-based loan disbursement

BRAHMANBARIA, Jan 30: The branch managers and field officers of Bangladesh Krishi Bank (BKB) have been urged to increase the agro-based loan disbursement for developing crop, hatchery, dairy, poultry and import-oriented spices crops.
BKB General Manager for Comilla divisional office Mosarraf Hossain Chowdhury made the call while speaking at the half-yearly managers and field officers review meeting of Brahmanbaria region under the Comilla division at Zilla Parishad auditorium recently.
BKB Deputy General Manager and Chief Regional Manager for Brahmanbaria Region Anil Kumer Saha Roy presided over the meeting.
BKB Deputy General Manager (DGM) for Comilla Zone Rais Uddin Biswas, DGM and Zonal Audit Officer for Comilla Zone Md Abul Hossain, Regional Audit Officer for Brahmanbaria North and South region Md Shahjahan and Didarul Alam Chowdhury were also present as the special guests at the function.
BKB Assistant General Manager for Brahmanbaria Md Abul Hossain conducted the function.
Branch managers, field officers and officials of 26 branches of BKB Brahmanbaria region were also present on the occasion.
