Mancha demands Nizami\\\'s death

Hundreds of activists of Ganajagaran Mancha, a platform funded by bloggers on Feb 5 last year, and different other student organisations have gathered in Dhaka’s Shahbagh Mor (intersection) demanding capital punishment to Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer and war crimes accused Matiur Rahman Nizami. ‘Fanshi, fanshi, fanshi chai, Nazimir fanshi chai’ (We want death to Nizami) reverberated through the air at the Shahbagh intersection situated between Ramna Park, National Museum, BSMMU and Shishu Park in the heart of the city, according to private TV channels.
