Mansur Ali College\\\'s principal injured in attack

The Principal of Shaheed M Mansur Ali College was injured in an attack by miscreants in Pabna town on Sunday. Police said a gang of 10-12 unknown miscreants intercepted an auto-rickshaw carrying Principal Abdul Mannan and chopped him indiscriminately at Square Road in the district town, leaving him critically injured. Abdul Mannan was rushed to Pabna Medical College Hospital from where he was later shifted to Dhaka by a helicopter as his condition deteriorated. Kazi Haniful Islam, officer-in-charge of Pabna Sadar Police Station, confirming the incident said investigation was going on, according to UNB.
