Manually controlling traffic

Employees of a private organisation, which is tasked with maintaining Mayor Hanif Flyover, are now controlling traffic with the help of a rope, on a road near the Gulistan-end of the flyover in Dhaka. Why are they doing that? They are actually manually controlling the traffic to make sure vehicles underneath cannot make chaos at the exit point of the flyover, thus ensuring that the vehicles using the flyover can find their way out smoothly. — FE photo taken on Tuesday by Shafiqul Alam
