Nowadays we see many young people ride bicycles but their number is few. Bicycle can save a lot of time if we adopt it in our daily life. It is environment-friendly, cost and time saving. Due to our hectic urban life-style we do not get much time for workout so the bicycle offers us a good opportunity for exercise. It will reduce the pressure on other transport and bring some relief in the life of the city dweller.
Cycling has a lot of health benefits like it will help us to sleep deeply, boost our mood, and lose extra weight. We will be able to reach our destination faster. We will be fit without trying too hard or with any extra cost rather it will save our money which otherwise would have spent on transport fare. Cycling can help us to save a lot of foreign currency which is spent on importing fuel. It is also environment-friendly.
