Maritime Forum Bangladesh formed

CHITTAGONG, Aug 19: The shipping related associations have formed a forum called Maritime Forum Bangladesh at a meeting held recently in the city. The six member forum is headed by its convenor Captain Zillur Rahman Bhuiyan.
The Chittagong-based associations are Bangladesh Ship Manning Agents Association, Alumnae Association of Maritime Training Institutions of Bangladesh, Institution of Marine Engineering Science and Technology and the Nautical Engineering.
Captain Zillur Rahman Bhuiyan, Captain Mahbubur Rahman, Captain MA Malek, Engineer Abu Md Fazle Rashid, Engineer Md Abdul Mobin and MA Gaffar addressed the meeting, the forum said in a statement.
