Sheikh Mohammad Maroof has joined The City Bank Limited as EVP and head of treasury and market risk.
Prior to joining The City Bank, Maroof worked in American Express Bank (AMEX) and Eastern Bank Ltd (EBL).
He joined AMEX in 1995 as a management trainee, and his last position there was director and head of financial market services and treasury.
In 2005, he joined EBL as head of treasury, and successfully restructured and established its treasury.
