Wednesday, 12 December 2018

Bangladesh One Day International (ODI) captain Mashrafe Bin Mortaza has created a new history playing the second encounter of three-match series against West Indies by equaling the record of Habibul Bashar to lead Tigers in most ODIs, reports UNB.
Mashrafe has all the chances to surpass his predecessor in the third and final match of the series that is slated to be played at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium in Sylhet.
Habibul Bashar was the other captain of Bangladesh who led the Tigers in 69 ODIs. In his tenure, Bangladesh won 29 ODIs. Mashrafe already surpassed him as the Tigers won 39 before Tuesday's match under his captaincy.
