Mashrafe to captain BD T20 team

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) on Saturday named Mashrafe Bin Mortaza as Bangladesh captain for the two-match Twenty20 International series against Sri Lanka to be held at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, Chittagong on February 12 and 14. The BCB selected Mashrafe for the post as regular captain of Bangladesh cricket team Mushfiqur Rahim was ruled out of the Twenty20 series due to a finger injury. Tamim Iqbal retains as the vice captain, according to a news agency.
