Masud made new ambassador to Qatar

Syed Masud Mahmood Khundoker has been appointed the new ambassador of Bangladesh to the State of Qatar, Foreign Ministry announced in Dhaka Tuesday, reports BSS.
A career diplomat, Masud belongs to the 10th batch of BCS (Foreign Affairs) Cadre. He served in Bangladesh Embassies in Manila, Ottawa, London and Kolkata in various capacities.
He is presently holding the position of Director General (SAARC and BIMSTEC) in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
