MATIN SPINNING MILLS HOLDS 22ND AGM

The 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Matin Spinning Mills PLC was held virtually on Wednesday. Abdul Wahed, Chairman of the company, presided over the meeting. Vice Chairman MA Rahim, Managing Director MA Jabbar, and Directors MA Quader, Selina Perveen, Tanzeen Khurshid, and Taslima Begum attended the meeting. At the meeting, the shareholders approved 50per cent cash dividend.
