Matuail Udayan Sangsad drubbed Shantinagar Club by 4-0 goals in a match of the Metropolis third Division Football League at the Bir Shrestho Shaheed Sepoy Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Stadium in the city Sunday, reports UNB.
Awal put the winners ahead in the 44th minute while Sajal doubled the margin in the 57th minute. Shailesh widened the team's margin in the 67th minute while Wahidul completed the winners' tally scoring in the 4th and 73rd minutes.
In another match, also at the same venue, PWD Sporting Club beat Mirpur Chalantika SC by 2-0 goals with Farhad and Farid scoring for the winners in the 36th and 57th minutes respectively.
Yet in another match at the Outer Stadium ground, Tongi KC defeated Dilkusha Sporting Club by 1-0 goals with Sohel Rana scoring the all-important goal for the winners' in the 71st minute.
