Mauritius president pays homage to Bangabandhu

Visiting Mauritius President Prithvirajsing Roopun on Thursday paid rich tributes to Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman by placing wreaths at his portrait at Dhanmondi Road No. 32 in the capital.
Saima Wazed, Bangabandhu's granddaughter and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's daughter, received the Mauritius president on his arrival at the Bangabandhu Memorial Museum in the afternoon.
After placing of wreaths, Saima Wazed took Prithvirajsing Roopun to different parts of Bangabandhu Memorial Museum containing various belongings and portraits of Bangabandhu and his family members.
