Maya vows to resist anti-liberation forces\\\' movement after Eid

Minister for Disaster Management and Relief Affairs Mofazzal Hossain Chowdhury Maya said Sunday no anti-liberation forces would be allowed in the country to wage any movement, reports BSS.
Maya issued the warning while addressing an extended meeting of the City Awami League at the central office of the party at Bangabandhu Avenue in the city Sunday.
Criticising the announcement of launching anti-government movement by BNP chief Khaleda Zia after Eid, Maya, also Awami League's Dhaka city unit general secretary, said, "You [Khaleda Zia] are not entrusted with the responsibility of protecting the country and the people have not given you the mandate to oversee the country."
Party sources said all the thana and ward committees of the Dhaka City AL would be formed after the upcoming Eid.
