MEDEXPO-2010 begins in city from Dec 9

MEDEXPO-2010, the eighth international medical equipment and healthcare services exposition, will be held at the Ballroom of Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel in the city from December 9 to 11, 2010.
Prof Dr Syed Modasser Ali, adviser to the Prime Minister for Health and Family Welfare Ministry, will inaugurate the exhibition as the chief guest, while National Professor Dr MR Khan will be present as the special guest.
This was disclosed by MEDEXPO-2010 Chairman Kazi Wahidul Alam at a press meet in the city Monday. Abu Tareque Zia Chowdhury, Head of Customer Relationship Management, also spoke on the occasion.
Triune Exhibition and Event Management Services (TEEMS) is organising the exhibition.
The event is being supported by OTOBI Ltd.
More than 35 participants from seven countries including host Bangladesh will showcase their products and services in the exhibition.
The other countries are India, Thailand, Singapore, China and Japan.
