Medical college admission test today

The written test for admission for first year MBBS and BDS courses under 2014-15 academic session of medical and dental colleges of the country will be held today. The test will be held from 10 am to 11 am simultaneously at 23 centres throughout the country. A total of 69,477 admission seekers will appear in the test against 10,299 seats under 85 public and private medical colleges. According to Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), there are 3,162 seats in 29 public medical colleges, 532 seats in 9 public dental colleges, 5,325 seats in private medical colleges and 1,280 seats in private dental colleges. — BSS
