Medicines worth Tk6m seized at Dhaka Airport

Customs authority on Sunday seized a huge cache of illegal medicine, worth about Tk6 million, from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport.
The cache was seized from freight gate area of the airport around 3.30pm, Customs Assistant Commissioner Shahiduzzaman Sarker told BSS.
The medicine was smuggled in the country from Thailand, he also said.
A case was filed to this connection.
