Meet on Eve teasing held in Joypurhat

JOYPURHAT, Nov 8: A meeting protesting Eve teasing organised by Joypurhat District Administration Office was held at Abul Kashem Moidan in the town recently.
Commissioner of Rajshahi Division Abdul Mannan spoke at the function as the chief guest. Joypurhat Deputy Commissioner Asok Kumar Bishash presided over the meeting when Mozammel Haque Police Super of Joypurhat, M Fazlur Rahaman Mayor of Joypurhat Paurashova, Abbas Ali Mondol Chairman and Asma Begum Vice-chairman of Joypurhat Sadar Upazila were spoke as special guest. 'Jubarai Larbo, Eve teasing Protirodh Karbo' with the slogan of 10 youth social worker, members of Joypurhat Dhumketu Club making a cycle rally and visited the Bogra, Sirajgonj, Pabna, Nator, Rajshahi, Chapainababgonj, Naogoan and Joypurhat district. After visiting the 8 district of Rajshahi division the rally come back to Joypurhat Abul Kashem Moidan on Wednesday where they were celebrated by DC office and Dhumketu Club.
