Meghna Bank inks merchant pay service with Orion Footwear

Meghna Bank has launched its merchant payment services for customers of Orion Footwear Limited.
In this connection, an agreement was signed at the Orion Footwear's Gulshan-02 outlet in the city recently, said a press release.
Under the deal, MeghnaPay customers now can 'Scan & Pay' at Orion Footwear outlets.
Kimiwa Saddat, Deputy Managing Director of Meghna Bank, and Zareen Karim, Director of Orion Group and Managing Director of Orion Pharma Ltd, were present at the signing ceremony.
Among others, AZM Fouz Ullah Chowdhury, Head of Digital Financial Services Division, and Maqsood Alam Tanvir, Head of Relationship Unit of Corporate Banking Division of Meghna Bank, Mohammad Sayed Ahmed, CFO of Orion Footwear Ltd, Md Ashfaqul Alam, Vice President of Orion Group, and other officials of both the companies attended the event.
"Through Orion Footwear outlets, MeghnaPay has launched its merchant payment services. We intend to spread our services throughout the country in a brief time" - said Kimiwa Saddat, Deputy Managing Director of Meghna Bank.
