MEGHNA BANK PARTNERS WITH BRAC EPL FOR ISSUANCE OF SUBORDINATED BOND

Meghna Bank PLC has signed an agreement for the issuance of its 2nd Subordinated Bond, valued at Tk 4.0 billion, with BRAC EPL Investment Limited, the sole arranger of the issuance. Kazi Ahsan Khalil, Managing Director & CEO of Meghna Bank, and Syed Rashed Hussain, Chief Executive Officer of BRAC EPL, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective institutions recently. Sajib Kumar Saha, CFO of Meghna Bank, along with other key officials from both organisations was also present.
