Meghna Life approves 25pc stock dividend

Meghna Life Insurance Company Limited approved 25 per cent stock dividend for the year 2007.
The approval was given at the 12th annual general meeting of the company, held in the city recently.
Chairman of the company Nizam Uddin Ahmed presided over the meeting. It was also attended by the Vice-chairman Md Jamal Uddin, Director Col (Retd) M Shainsuddin Ahmed, Nasir Uddin Ahmed, Riaz Uddin Ahmed, Md. Shahjahan Golder, Managing Director Ekramul Ameen, Director MA Majid, Adviser Mujib-Ud-Dawla, Rezaul, Hakim and the shareholders.
