Meghna Life declares 25pc bonus share

Meghna Life Insurance Company Limited declared 25 per cent bonus share for the year 2007. It was decided at the board of directors' meeting held at its head office recently, says a press release.

Nizam Uddin Ahmed, chairman of the company, presided over the meeting. It was also attended by directors Hasina Nizam, Col. (Retd.) M Shamsuddin Ahmed, Nasir Uddin Ahmed, Sharmin Nasir and Dilruba Sharmin and Ekramul Ameen, managing director.
