MEGHNA PETROLEUM HOLDS 46TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Meghna Petroleum Limited was held on a digital platform on Saturday. The meeting was presided over by Chairman of the company's Board of Directors Farzana Momtaz. A large number of shareholders joined the meeting virtually. Md Tipu Sultan, Managing Director of Meghna Petroleum, was also present. The company reported a profit after tax of Tk 5.42 billion (Tk 542.29 crore) and its earnings per share (EPS) stood at Tk 50.11 for FY 2023-24. The meeting approved 170 per cent cash dividend.
