Meherpur road accident kills 2

MEHERPUR, Dec 27 (UNB): Two people were killed and 10 others injured as a truck hit a human hauler at Ujalpur Shahji Para crossing in Monohorpur village in sadar upazila on Tuesday.
The deceased were identified as Liton, 23, son of Mosharraf Hossain and Ezaz Ahmed, of Monohorpur village in the upazila.
Jahangir Alam, officer-in-charge of sadar thana said, the accident took place in the area when a Algamon, a human hauler, turned turtle after being hit by a Kathuli-bound truck, leaving Liton dead on the spot and injured others.
