Memorial meet on Ruskin at Sirajdikhan

A memorial meeting on noted social worker Manzurur Rahman Ruskin was held at the auditorium of the Ichapura High School at Sirajdikhan, says a press release.
The meeting, organised by the Birkrampur chapter of the Chander Haat, a well-known child literary organisation, also saw distribution of prizes in Principal BM Rahman music and painting competition.
Celebrated writer and social scientist Dr Mizanur Rahman Shelley, who is the eldest brother of late Ruskin, was present at the function at the chief guest.
Leading businessmen of the area Mohammsd Selim presided over the function.
The function was attended among others by founder of the Chander Haat by Rafiqul Huq Dadu Bhai.
A memorial memento was presented to Ruskin's wife.
