MERCANTILE BANK DISTRIBUTES BLANKETS IN PATUAKHALI
Mercantile Bank on Saturday distributed blankets among the underprivileged in Baufal, Patuakhali to help them cope with the cold weather. A.S.M. Feroz Alam, chairman of Mercantile Bank Securities, took the initiative on behalf of the bank and distributed the blankets among 500 people at Shaheda-Gafur-Ibrahim General Hospital premises. Moudud Ahmed, head of Barishal branch, Md. Al Mamun, head of Kalaiya branch, all managers of the bank in Barishal and eminent persons from the locality were present at the programme.
