Mercantile Bank donated fertiliser and seeds of Mung Bean at Kalaiya in Patuakhali. A good deal of fertiliser and seeds were distributed among farmers of Kalaiya, Daspara, Dhulia, Kalisuri, Bauphal, Najirpur, Boga, Naomala, Madanpura, Kanakdia, Surjomoni, Keshobpur, Kachipara, Adabaria & Chandra Dip Union on Saturday from the special CSR fund of the bank. ASM Feroz Alam, vice chairman of Mercantile Bank, distributed fertiliser and seeds among farmers as chief guest. Md. Quamrul Islam Chowdhury, managing director & CEO of Mercantile Bank, presided over the ceremony.
