Mercantile Bank opens ATM booth on Elephant Road

One more ATM booth of Mercantile Bank Limited started its operation on Elephant Road in the city.
Mercantile Bank Director Golam Faruk Ahmed inaugurated the booth Sunday, said a press release.
In his speech, Mr Faruk said that Mercantile Bank is trying to contribute more to the welfare of the people of the country through their efficient banking services based on modern technology.
To provide 24-hour cash withdrawal facility, presently 20 ATM booths of Mercantile Bank are operating all over the country. The number of ATM booths of the bank is expected to be 40 (forty) at the end of this year.
Mercantile Bank Vice Chairman M Amanullah and Director AKM Shaheed Reza were present at the opening ceremony.
On the occasion, Managing Director and CEO of the bank Dewan Mujibur Rahman said the bank is committed to spreading its services through out the country combining its efficient human resources and modern technologies.
Head of Elephant Road Branch Md Abul Bashar and Head of Cards and Mobile Banking Division of head office Javed Islam were also present at the programme.
