Mercantile Bank signs accord with BURO

Mercantile Bank Limited has recently entered into an agreement with BURO Bangladesh, a reputed NGO for distribution of inward foreign remittances.
Under the agreement, BURO Bangladesh will provide instant cash services through their 500 designated outlets across the country.
The agreement will facilitate the bank to extend its spot cash services at the doorstep of beneficiaries easily, quickly and safely. Mr. Dewan Mujibur Rahman, Managing Director & CEO of Mercantile Bank Limited and Mr. Zakir Hossain, Executive Director of BURO Bangladesh signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
The Chairman of Mercantile Bank Limited Mr. Md. Abdul Jalil, MP was present on the occasion. Besides, Additional Managing Director, Mr. A.K.M Shahidul Haque, Deputy Managing Director, Mr. Abdul Jalil Chowdhury, Mr. Monindra Kumar Nath, Senior Executive Vice President, Mr. M A Yousuf Khan, Mr. Md. Quamrul Islam Chowdhury of Mercantile Bank Limited & other concerned officials of both the organizations also remained present.
