Mercantile Ins approves l0pc cash dividend

Mercantile Insurance Company Limited approved l0 per cent cash dividend at the 22nd annual general meeting (AGM) of the company in the city recently, according to a statement.
Chairman of the company M Kamal Uddin, Vice-Chairman Dr. Md. Mizanur Rahman, Executive Committee Chairman Md Nurul Amin, Audit Committee Chairman Md. Shah Alam, directors, managing director, shareholders and senior officers of the company were present.
After the AGM a meeting of the board of directors was held at the Head office where chairman M. Kamal Uddin, vice-chairman Dr. Md. Mizanur Rahman and Executive Committee Chairman Md. Nurul Amin, Audit Committee Chairman Md. Shah Alam respectively were re-elected for next session.
