Mercantile Ins extends time for rights issue

The authorities of Mercantile Insurance Company Ltd have further informed that the subscription period for rights issue will be from April 28 to May 16. The record date for entitlement of rights share is April 12. The purpose of raising fund through rights shares is to strengthen the company's capital base and to amplify business expansion.
