Mercantile Insurance Company Ltd. held its 24th annual general meeting (AGM) virtually on Sunday, with its Chairman M Kamal Uddin (top, middle) in the chair. The meeting approved 7.0 per cent cash dividend for the year ended December 31, 2019.
