MetLife named among 100 best companies to work for

MetLife has been named to Fortune magazine's 2023 list of the100 Best Companies to Work For.
The annual list, determined by Great Place to Work using its proprietary For All methodology, recognises companies that relentlessly pursue a better work experience for every employee, said a press release.

To determine the 2023 list, Great Place to Work surveyed and analysed feedback from over half a million employees from Great Place To Work-Certified companies about their organisation's culture, including key behaviours that drive trust in management, connection with colleagues, and loyalty to the company.
