MIDAS approves 15pc stock, 2.5pc cash dividends

MIDAS Financing Limited has approved 15 per cent stock and 2.5 per cent cash dividend for its shareholders.
The approval came at the 14th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company.
The AGM was held at the Trust Milonayatan in the city Tuesday. Midas Chairman Rokia A Rahman presided over the meeting.
Directors Shaikh A Halim, M Hafizuddin Khan, Md Shamsul Alam, Rina Kibria, Managing Director (CC) Shafique-ul-Azam, General Manager Md Atiar Rahman Ansary, Company Secretary Md Din Islam Miah and a large number of shareholders as well as Midas officials were present at the meeting.
