MIDAS Financing holds 22nd AGM

The 22nd annual general meeting (AGM) of MIDAS Financing Limited (MFL) was held in the city recently, according to a statement.
The meeting was presided over by Rokia Afzal Rahman, chairman of the board of directors.
Members of the board Abdul Karim, M. Hafizuddin Khan, Ali Imam Majumder, Mohammed Nasir Uddin Choudhury, S. M. Azad Hossain, Md. Shamsul Alam, Managing Director of the company Shafique-ul-Azam, General Manager Md. Atiar Rahman Ansary, Mohammod Monirul Islam, Company Secretary Md. Abdul Wadud FCA and a large number of shareholders as well as officers and staffs of the company were present in the meeting.
All agenda of the AGM were approved unanimously.
