Midas to disburse Tk 100m term loan to LankaBangla Securities

A term loan agreement for Tk 100 million (10 crore) was signed between Midas Financing Limited and LankaBangla Securities Limited in the city recently, said a press release.
As per the agreement, Midas Financing will disburse the loan to LankaBangla Securities.
Midas Financing Senior General Manager (MD-current charge) Shafique-ul-Azam and LankaBangla Securities chief executive officer (CEO) and Director Mohammed Nasir Uddin Chowdhury signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies.
Midas Financing is a listed non-banking financial institution (NBFI) while LankaBangla Securities remains the top broker in both Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE).
LankaBangla Securities is a subsidiary of LankaBangla Finance, a leading NBFI.
