MIDLAND BANK HOLDS 11TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Midland Bank PLC (MDB) was held in a hybrid mode at the Banquet Hall of Kurmitola Golf Club in Dhaka on Thursday. Chairperson of the bank Nilufer Zafarullah presided over the meeting. A large number of general and institutional shareholders attended the AGM. Md Ahsan-uz Zaman, Managing Director & CEO, Md. Zahid Hossain, DMD, Khalid Mohammad Sharif, Company Secretary, and Zahirul Islam, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the bank, were also present. In the AGM, the shareholders approved 5% cash dividend for the year 2023.
