MIDLAND BANK HOLDS 178TH MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The 178th meeting of the Board of Directors of Midland Bank PLC was held in the Board Room of the bank's Head Office in Dhaka on Tuesday. Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, Chairman of the bank, presided over the meeting. At the beginning of the meeting, the Chairman along with other members of the Board welcomed newly appointed MD & CEO of the bank Imtiaz U Ahmed with a bouquet. Board members Master Abul Kashem, Rezaul Karim, A.K.M. Badiul Alam, Hafizur Rahman Sarker, Dr Mostafizur Rahman, Shahnaj Parveen, Mohammed Jamal Ullah, Mohammed Helal Miah and Independent Director Riaz Ahmed Choudhury were present at the meeting.
