MIDLAND BANK LAUNCHES E-LOAN

Midland Bank PLC. (MDB) has formally launched MDB e-Loan, a fully digital loan facility designed to provide customers with quick, convenient, and hassle-free access to financing through the Midland Online App. The launching ceremony was held at the Bank's Head Office in Dhaka. The event was attended by Imtiaz U. Ahmed, Managing Director & CEO; Md. Zahid Hossain, Deputy Managing Director & Chief Risk Officer (CRO); and Md. Nazmul Huda Sarkar, Deputy Managing Director & Chief Technology Officer (CTO). MDB e-Loan has been introduced in line with the latest guidelines of Bangladesh Bank for the commercial launching of e-Loan services. The facility enables eligible customers to avail loans of up to Tk 50,000 with a repayment tenure of up to 12 months through a fully digital process.
