Mild heat wave may sweep today -

Rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions in the next 24-hour from 06:00 am today (Saturday), according to the Met Office.
It may also occur at a few places over Rangpur, Rajshahi and Mymensingh divisions.
Mild heat wave may sweep over the districts of Pabna, Chuadanga, Khulna, Patuakahli and Bagerhat.
Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.
The country's maximum temperature on Friday was recorded at 37.2 degrees Celsius at Mongla and the minimum was 22.2 degrees Celsius at Rajshahi.
The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 34.4 degrees Celsius on Friday and the lowest was 25.3 degrees.
The sun sets in the city today (Saturday) at 06:40 pm and rises tomorrow (Sunday) at 05:12 am.
