Mild heatwave sweeping over three dists

Light to moderate rain/thunder shower accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Rangpur, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions and at a few places over Rajshahi, Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at places over the country until 6:00pm today (Wednesday), according to Met office.
Mild heatwave is sweeping over the regions of Jashore, Kushtia and Pabna and it may abate.
The country's maximum temperature on Tuesday was recorded at 37.3 degrees Celsius in Chuadanga and minimum was 21.7 Celsius in Sayedpur of Dinajpur.
The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 33.6 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 25.5 degrees.
