NATORE, Apr 23: The price of milk has gone up sharply in six upazilas of Natore district due to its short supply in the local markets, hitting the common people hard. Now 1 kg milk is selling at Tk 40-42 in Natore town. Some milk men said the supply declined due to fodder crisis. They hoped that the crisis would be solved to a great extend after the harvest of IRRI and Boro paddy.
