Millennium Information Solution Ltd, Dhaka and US-based TISTA Science and Technology Corporation, Maryland Monday signed an agreement to form a strategic alliance to work on joint software projects in the USA.
Mahmud Hossain, chief executive officer (CEO) and founder of Millennium, and Ahmed R. Ali, CEO of TISTA Science and Technology Corporation, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies in the city.
Hossain said "Millennium, a pioneering software company of Bangladesh having its global presence, extended its horizon of expertise and experience through partnering with TISTA.
TISTA is poised for substantial growth targeting government and commercial technology-based projects especially in software solutions, he added.
Ahmed R Ali said "This collaboration will help TISTA in leveraging Millennium's long experience in overseas project execution skill and this will eventually augment TISTA's expected business growth. TISTA will involve the qualified resources of Millennium in relevant commercial projects either offshore or on-site basis."
