Minor dies getting hit with spade

A minor was killed after she got hit with a spade at Mosipur village in Shahjadpur upazila in Sirajganj district on Wednesday. The deceased was identified as Mithila, 3, daughter of Bahadur Pramanik, a resident of the village. Quoting the girl’s mother Runa Begum, Officer-in-Charge of Shahjadpur Police Station Shamim Iqbal said Mithila died on the spot as she got hit with a spade suddenly when her mother was digging soil with it in their house, according to UNB.
