Minor girl died falling from school veranda

NARAYANGANJ, Jan 24 (UNB): A minor school girl died as she fell down from the veranda of Hazipur Govt Primary School in Bandar Upazila Saturday.
Police said that Tahmina Akhter (8), a class-II student of the school, suddenly slipped over on the field from the veranda while playing with her friends and died instantly with serious head injuries.
