Miscreants kill minor boy after kidnap

Miscreants killed a minor boy and dumped his body in a pond in Kosaigari village in Adamdighi upazila in Bogra district at some time between Thursday and early Saturday. The deceased was identified as Mushfiqur, 3, son of Bipul Pramanik of the village. Adamdighi thana officer-in-charge Nazrul Islam said Mushfiqur went missing on July 3 while playing near his house. A GD was filed with Adamdighi police station in this connection. On July 7, the kidnappers demanded Tk 0.7 million from his family as ransom over mobile phone. Later, his body was found in a sack in a pond in the area on Saturday morning, according to UNB.
