Miscreants set ablaze houses of the landless

GAIBANDHA, Jan 20 (UNB): A gang of miscreants looted valuables and set ablaze the houses of the landless people at Pukuriabari char under Fulchhari Upazila Monday.
Jahangir Alam, one of the victims, said this at a press conference Tuesday.
He alleged that the gang led by local leaders Motiur Rahman, Miazan Member, Abu Taleb Mollah and Hanif Member, swooped on their houses and looted valuables worth Tk 3.4 million.
